TIFFA'S PRIVATE POLICY

Last Updated: May 1st 2025

Welcome to TIFFA (The International Foundation of Freedom and Awareness). By accessing or participating in our community, website, events, or platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to protect the values, safety, and legal integrity of both TIFFA and its participants.

TIFFA is an evolving platform. These policies may be updated without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

1. General Disclaimer

TIFFA is a nonprofit, volunteer-based platform. All content, services, and guidance are offered “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or outcomes and cannot be held liable for any harm, misunderstanding, or loss that may occur through the use or misuse of our services.

Participation is voluntary, and you assume all responsibility for how you interpret and act on our content or experiences.

2. Information Collection & Use

TIFFA may collect basic user information (e.g., name, contact info, age, interests) if you provide it directly. This is used only to improve communication, personalize experiences, or manage accounts. We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand website usage, but we do not sell personal data.

You are not required to provide personal information to access general parts of our platform, though certain features may be limited without it.

3. Creative Submissions (Music, Art, Writing, etc.)

If you submit or grant us permission to use your work (music, images, text, etc.), you are agreeing that:

• You have the rights or ownership of the content you’re submitting.

• You allow TIFFA to display, feature, or use your material in its programs, events, media, or promotions without obligation for compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

• You can withdraw your permission at any time by emailing us, and we will make reasonable efforts to stop future use—but prior published content may remain unless otherwise agreed.

• TIFFA is not responsible for third-party sharing, reposting, or unauthorized use of submitted content by others.

NOTE: Submission does not create a binding contract or employment relationship of any kind.

4. User Conduct

By participating in any TIFFA space, you agree to:

• Act with respect and integrity toward others.

• Avoid sharing content that is harmful, violent, illegal, or intentionally misleading.

• Understand that TIFFA has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, or remove any content or user at its sole discretion.

We do not guarantee content moderation will happen in real-time or at all.

5. Right to Restrict Access

TIFFA reserves the right—without explanation, prior notice, or liability—to limit, suspend, or terminate access to any individual, account, or content if it is deemed to go against our values, disrupt the space, or pose a risk to safety or operations.

We are not required to provide justification or proof, and all decisions made in this regard are final.

6. No Legal or Medical Advice

Nothing TIFFA provides should be considered legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice. All programs are based on general awareness, education, and expression. If you are facing a crisis or need personal advice, please seek a licensed professional. TIFFA is not responsible for personal decisions made by participants based on any content shared.

7. Minors and Consent

If you are under 13, you may only participate with verified parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for a minor’s use of our platform and any content they access or submit.

8. Intellectual Property

All original TIFFA content is protected. You may not use, duplicate, or distribute our branding, writing, videos, or other materials without permission. Any exceptions will be clearly stated in writing.

Submissions from users remain the property of the original creators, though TIFFA may continue to display or archive past materials if permission was previously granted.

9. Opt-Out and Deletion

You may request to unsubscribe, edit, or delete your account or information at any time. TIFFA will make reasonable efforts to process your request promptly, but we do not guarantee immediate or full data removal from backups, archives, or third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIFFA and its team, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data, identity theft, emotional harm, or conflict resulting from participation.

• Errors, delays, interruptions, or removal of content.

Use our platform at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of United state. By using TIFFA, you agree that any disputes will be handled privately and informally first. If unresolved, they may be brought before a court of local jurisdiction—but no claim may exceed the value of $1 (USD), and class actions or punitive damages are waived.
